What’s included in the price?
Each package includes your simulator time plus a guided briefing and coaching from your instructor throughout the session. You’ll get help with setup, takeoff, flying your chosen route, and landing—at a pace that matches your experience level.
Do I need any flying experience to book?
Not at all. Most guests are first-timers. We’ll start with the basics and tailor the scenario to you—anything from a relaxed sightseeing flight to a more technical challenge if you want it.
How long is the session—and is that all “flight time”?
Session length depends on the package. Your booking includes time for a short intro and setup, then the main simulator portion. We’ll confirm the expected “hands-on” time when you choose a package, so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I buy a session as a gift?
Yes—flight sim sessions make a great gift. Tell us the occasion and who it’s for, and we’ll help you choose the right package. If you’re not sure on timing, we can arrange a flexible booking date to confirm later.
Do you offer group or corporate pricing?
We do. For groups, team days, or corporate events, we can tailor session lengths, rotate participants, and build friendly challenges. Contact us with your group size and preferred date, and we’ll put together a clear quote.
What’s your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
Plans change—no problem. If you need to move your session, contact us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best to reschedule based on availability. For cancellations, we’ll explain options when you book so everything is clear up front.
